Phazi lina liyenera kubwerera. Gwiritsani bondo pang'ono (mwendo umene ukubwerera kumbuyo) mpaka mutatambasula kumbuyo kwa mwana wanu wamphongo. Gwirani malo amenewo kwa masekondi 30.
